SUP Yoga – Beginner Level $100/ Series
Stand-Up Paddle board (SUP) yoga is an excellent activity for individuals looking to improve their balance in a fun and challenging environment. This class lasts 60 minutes on the water and will include paddle boarding basics, safety and draw strokes, and 30 minutes of yoga once students paddle to destination. Paddleboards, paddles, anchors, and life jackets provided.
Series 1: Monday evenings, 4:30 – 5:30 PM, July 11, 18, 25
Series 2: Wednesday evenings, 4:30 – 5:30 PM, July 13, 20, 27
Series 3: Monday evenings, 4:30 – 5:30 PM, August 1, 8, 15
Series 4: Wednesday evenings, 4:30 – 5:30 PM, August 3, 10, 17
Minimum 6/Maximum 12 participants

This class is designed for students with some previous experience with SUP Yoga. This class lasts 60 minutes on the water and will review paddle boarding basics, safety and draw strokes, and 30 minutes of yoga once students paddle to destination. Courtney Fillion is a 200 RYT & SUP Certified Instructor whose passion is to provide space for students to nurture their mind, body, and soul through carefully articulated SUP Yoga classes. Using the element of water, she leads students in discovering their strengths and weaknesses while pushing themselves to embrace the uncomfortable and soar. Courtney lives in Beaverton and has spent many hours exploring and enjoying Scoggins Valley Park and Hagg Lake.
