Reservations

Reservations are available for numerous park amenities. Book one of our outdoor picnic pavilions for an intimate gathering or retreat at the lake. Rent kayaks and SUP boards for a fun day on the water. Or hold an event in our rental hall at Metzger Park. We have many options to enjoy our parks and recreate with groups of various sizes. 

All reservations are now requested and booked through our new system - ActiveNet! Please review the guidelines and available time blocks by visiting the links below.

  • please note, when booking, a $200 cleaning hold will be added to your cart. This amount is not charged and released post event. 

A picnic area or pavilion at Hagg Lake/Scoggins Valley Park

  • please note, when booking, a $125 cleaning deposit will be added to your cart, but it will not be processed. 

Kayak/SUP Rentals for my group

  • Group rentals (for a minimum of 10 watercraft) may be requested year-round, with at least 5 days notice.

Host a special event at Hagg Lake (triathlon, fundraiser, or other type of special-use event)

  • Complete our Special Event Application

  • Application fee $500. Events are charged 10% of gross revenue, with the $500 application fee deducted from the total.

  • All events require a certificate of insurance AND the Additional Insured Endorsement with the following: General Aggregate of $2,000,000, Each Occurrence $1,000,000, Damage to Rented Premises (Each Occurrence) $1,000,000, Personal & ADV Injury $1,000,000, Products –Comp/OP AGG $2,000,000

  • Refundable cleaning and security deposits may apply and vary based on area(s) of use.

  • Applications should be completed 120 days prior to the event (some events may require special permits from other agencies). 

WashCo Parks does not issue refunds due to acts of nature, which include various natural disasters, weather events, or seasonal insect nuisances.
