Hagg Lake Opens New TRACK Trails for Kids and Families April 2025 – Washington County Parks, in partnership with the Kids in Parks and Oregon Parks Forever, celebrate the opening of a new TRACK Trails at Scoggins Valley Park/Hagg Lake. The TRACK Trail program offers visitors a series of self-guided activities that turn an ordinary hike into a fun-filled, discover-packed adventure.
