Catch the New Mural at Eagle Point Looking for a new perspective? Check out Hagg Lake’s newest mural “Above and Below” at Eagle Point Recreation Area. Painted by local artist, Raziah Roshan, the scene features a split view of a rainbow trout underwater, and a blue heron, drifting on the waters above. The new artwork wraps around the restroom facility at this recreation area popular with anglers, boaters, and local herons.
