Hagg Lake Parking Pass Fee Update Takes Effect July 1, 2026 Washington County, Ore. — Following the Board of Commissioners’ approval of the Fiscal Year 2026–27 budget on June 16, 2026, Washington County Parks will implement updated parking pass fees at Scoggins Valley Park/Hagg Lake beginning July 1, 2026.
