We’re getting a new CXT next week over at Scoggins Creek! This will be our fourth restroom addition to the park with the other three being stationed at: Elks Recreation Area, Dam Overlook, and C-Ramp North. Getting the new bathrooms built in lieu of the porta-potties is a big step in the right direction for park visitors.

The Fee Booth is getting a new look today! We’re shaking off the old green and going blue to match the new Washington County Parks logo. Pretty soon all the roof tops at Scoggins Valley Park will be just as vibrant. Check out the before-and-after shots below!

The CAS Lake swim was held here at Hagg Lake on May 11th. With a total of 38 participants in it’s inaugural year, the Lakeswim event, put on by high school Senior, Jonathan Westlake, was able to raise $223 to benefit the charity, Humanitarian Aid.
